A sofa, a wardrobe, a washing machine: an independent driver with a van picks it up and brings it into your flat. You describe the pickup and the delivery and name your price.

What do you want moved?
For single pieces, not a whole move
BringEasy is for the sofa from Kleinanzeigen, the wardrobe from the furniture store or the washing machine from your old flat. The driver comes with a vehicle the size your things need. For a whole flat, a removal company is the better choice.
Bought on the marketplace or elsewhere
If you buy on the BringEasy marketplace, BringEasy suggests the transport price, you can adjust it, and you book it with the purchase. For everything else you book the transport on its own and name the price yourself.

Pickup and delivery, floor and lift at each end, and what is moved. Up to 5 pickups fit in one trip.

For each door: does someone there help carry? That decides whether the driver comes alone or brings someone.

You start from the suggestion and can change it. You sign in to book.
Common questions
Can I book a whole move?
No. A job is one transport with up to 5 pickups, and the driver brings at most 2 people. For a whole flat, use a removal company.
Does the driver take things apart and put them together?
If you say so when booking: taking apart, assembly, unmounting, disconnecting an appliance or packing. That adds 15 € to the suggestion.
What does the transport cost?
You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.
Where does BringEasy work?
Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.
What if something breaks?
The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
