Before: water out, taken out

Drain the remaining water and take the filter out.

A built-in dishwasher is out of its place at pickup. You confirm that in the form.

If it stands free and is still on water and power, the driver takes off the plug and the hoses. Your answer books that too.

And your old appliance?

If it still works, list it on BringEasy for free. Whoever takes it books the pickup.

If it is broken, the BSR recycling centres take electrical appliances for free.

If you buy new from a larger shop, it has to take your old appliance away for free when it delivers, if you say so when you buy.

Common questions

How many people does a dishwasher need?

Usually two, as soon as there are stairs. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Does the driver take a built-in dishwasher out?

No, it is out at pickup, by the seller or a kitchen fitter. If the whole kitchen is taken apart, choose “Fitted kitchen” in the form.

Does the driver connect the dishwasher?

If you book “Connect appliance”: to the existing socket, tap and drain. New lines and fitting it into the kitchen are not included.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
