This is an example. You see real jobs once you are approved.
BringEasy has started in Berlin. We are new. How many jobs there are right now, you see once you are approved.
This is the work
Buyers buy second-hand furniture on BringEasy.
You collect the furniture from the seller.
You bring it into the buyer's home.
You see the price first.
You decide which jobs you take.
Your money: 85% of the transport price
The buyer pays for the transport. That pays for the app, the payments and the support.
Tips are all yours. BringEasy takes nothing from them.
Chest of drawers, 4 km, ground floor
Wardrobe in parts (van), 10 km, floor 2 without a lift
Sofa, 3-seater (heavy), two people, 7 km, up to floor 2 without a lift *
the job from above
* You bring the second person and pay them from this.
If a job needs more hands, you bring them
When booking, the buyer chooses how many people carry: 1, 2 or 3, you included. You see jobs for 2 or 3 people once you have unlocked them. The job shows it before you accept it:
- 1 person
- 2 people
- 3 people
A job for 2 people costs 45 € more, for 3 people 90 € more; on a trip each further stop adds 10 € for each extra person. As always you get 85% of the price. You pay the people you bring yourself.
What applies to you
- BringEasy does not arrange these people and has no contract with them. Whom you bring, and how you share the work, is your decision.
- You bring only your own properly registered employees, a team partner you run a partnership with, or other transport businesses with their own registration.
- You pay them yourself, at least the minimum wage, and register them: with the Minijob-Zentrale or a health insurer, and with the BG Verkehr.
- Towards the buyer you remain the only contract partner. For what your people do, you are liable as for yourself.
- If you do not keep to this and claims against BringEasy arise from it, you indemnify BringEasy against them.
The exact rules: section 7 of the terms (AGB)
As an employer, with your Betriebsnummer and BG Verkehr membership, or as a team of two drivers with an agreement.
How the price is worked out
For purchases on the marketplace, this price list applies:
Some buyers name the price themselves, for example for a sofa from Kleinanzeigen. It lies between 20 € and 2.000 €. You see that price first too, and you get 85% of it as well.
You pay for fuel, insurance and taxes yourself.

Common questions
How much does BringEasy get?
BringEasy gets 15% of the transport price. You get the rest. Tips are all yours.
Do I have to carry heavy furniture alone?
Not if the buyer booked 2 or 3 people: then you bring the people and pay them; you see such jobs once you have unlocked them. If the buyer booked 1 person, you carry alone, or the job says “Help is planned”: then the seller carries with you at the pickup and the buyer at the delivery. You see this before you accept.
How many jobs are there?
BringEasy has just started in Berlin. You see how many jobs there are once you are approved. We will only quote numbers once there are real ones.
Are there jobs outside Berlin?
No. Only in Berlin for now.
Do I need a trade registration?
Yes. Transport for money is a trade. You register it at the Gewerbeamt; in Berlin you can do it online.
Do I have to charge VAT?
Maybe not. With little turnover you can be a Kleinunternehmer and charge no VAT. You settle that with the tax office.
What if something breaks?
Take photos at pickup and at delivery, so everyone can see how the furniture looked before. As the driver you are liable for damage during transport. Your Verkehrshaftung pays for the furniture, your Betriebshaftpflicht for damage to the building.
I speak little German. Is that OK?
Yes. Feel free to write to us in English.
