A bed frame usually travels taken apart, the mattress in one piece. A driver with a van picks up both and carries them into your bedroom.

So the mattress arrives clean

Put the mattress in a mattress bag or plastic wrap. It stays clean and dry in the stairwell and in the van.

If the frame is still standing, book taking it apart and putting it together. It adds 15 € to the suggestion.

A box spring bed is heavy and bulky: enter it as “Something else” with its measurements, so the vehicle and the people fit.

How to book

Common questions

Does the mattress have to be wrapped?

Not necessarily, but it is better: a bag keeps dirt and rain off. You can also book the packing.

How many people does a bed need?

Two. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Does the driver take my old bed away?

No. The driver transports, but disposes of nothing. If it is still good, list it on BringEasy for free; otherwise the BSR collects bulky waste for a fee.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
