BringEasy works with no furniture store and only arranges the transport. You settle the purchase, the warranty and returns with the store.

    For each door: does someone there help carry? That decides whether the driver comes alone or brings someone.

    You start from the suggestion and can change it. You sign in to book.

Common questions

Does the driver assemble the furniture too?

If you add assembly when booking. That adds 15 € to the suggestion. Say in the note what needs assembling, so the driver brings the right tools. That means simple assembly by the instructions, no kitchens and no connections. The driver sees what needs assembling before accepting; their transport insurance does not cover the assembly.

Can the driver collect from several shops?

Yes, up to 5 pickups in one trip. Each extra pickup adds 10 € to the suggestion.

May the driver collect my purchase at the store?

That depends on the store’s rules, usually with the receipt or a collection slip. Settle it with the store before you book and put it in the note.

Are flat-packed items assembled?

Add assembly when you book and say in the note what needs assembling. The driver sees it before accepting the job.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
