Common questions

Does the driver carry up to the fourth floor?

Yes. Each floor without a lift adds 5 € to the suggestion, at either end. If a piece needs two people, someone at the door helps carry, or the driver brings a second person.

What if it does not fit through the door?

The form asks about that. If it does not fit in one piece, add taking apart and assembly; that adds 15 € to the suggestion.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
