Common questions

Who disconnects a cooker on high voltage?

An electrician, and a licensed specialist for a gas cooker. The seller arranges it before pickup; in the form you confirm it is done.

How many people does a cooker need?

Usually two, as soon as there are stairs. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Does the driver connect the cooker?

Only one with a plug, if you book “Connect appliance”. Only a specialist connects high voltage or gas.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
