What you settle with the seller

You pay the seller for the item as agreed; BringEasy only arranges the transport. Ask in the chat for the address, the floor and the lift and whether they help carry it down, and tell them when the driver comes. At the pickup the seller, or someone for them, has to be there and hand it over: the driver transports, the driver does not negotiate.

    A Facebook listing often cannot be read without logging in. You then enter the title and size yourself; the form asks for them.

    Describe what goes where

    Pickup and delivery, floor and lift at each end, and what is moved. Up to 5 pickups fit in one trip.

    Name a price and book

    You start from the suggestion and can change it. You sign in to book.

Common questions

I only know the seller from the chat. Is that enough?

Yes. For the pickup the form needs the address and the name on the doorbell. Their phone number is optional; the driver always has yours.

The seller wants it collected today. Is that possible?

You can book for today too, from about an hour later. Whether a driver accepts at such short notice depends on who is free. The earlier you book, the better.

Is it available in English?

Yes. The pages and the booking form are in German and English.

I bought from several sellers. Can that be one trip?

Yes. Up to 5 pickups fit in one booking, on one day. Each further pickup adds 10 € to the suggestion.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
