A wardrobe rarely fits through a Berlin stairwell in one piece. A driver takes it apart, carries it and puts it back together at yours, if you book that too.

Whole or in parts

Measure the wardrobe’s height and depth and the narrowest point of the stairwell. If it does not fit whole, it comes apart.

Book taking it apart at the pickup and putting it together at yours in the form. It adds 15 € to the suggestion once, for one or both.

Empty it first and take out the shelves and rails. The screws go into a labelled bag.

Common questions

Does the driver take the wardrobe apart and put it back together?

Yes, if you book both. That means simple work as the instructions describe it; a built-in wardrobe is not included.

How many people does a wardrobe need?

Two. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Does a wardrobe fit in a van?

A two or three door wardrobe fits in a small van, taken apart or standing. The form chooses the vehicle from everything that comes along.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
