A driver with a large van brings your kitchen to the new flat. If you book it, the driver takes it apart first and fits it again there. A specialist disconnects and connects the cooker, sink and appliances.

Who does what

Taking apart and fitting: tick it in the form, and the job only goes to drivers who can do it. Taking apart costs 15 € per part, fitting 20 €, a worktop counts as two parts.

Disconnecting: a hard-wired cooker by an electrician, gas by a licensed fitter, water by a registered installer. You confirm this when booking.

In the form you choose “Fitted kitchen” at the top and count the cabinets and worktops. A worktop up to 4 m always rides in a large van.

Bought the kitchen, or got it for free?

Used kitchens are often offered for you to take apart yourself. Before you say yes, settle by when it has to leave the flat and whether it is already disconnected. The taking apart you can book with the transport.

Common questions

Does the driver take the kitchen apart and fit it again?

Yes, if you book it: taking apart 15 € per part, fitting 20 € per part. Fitting means setting the cabinets, levelling and joining them and mounting fronts and worktop as they were. Cutting, fitting a sink or hob and all connections are not included.

Who disconnects the cooker, sink and dishwasher?

A specialist: a hard-wired cooker or a hob on three-phase power an electrician, a gas cooker a licensed fitter, water a registered installer. Appliances with a plug you simply unplug.

Does a long worktop fit in the van?

A worktop up to 4 m counts as a piece of its own and always rides in a large van. If it is longer, have it cut first.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
