You name your own price, between 20 € and 2.000 €. A driver accepts the job or not.

This is what the form suggests for exactly these details. The service fee goes to BringEasy for arranging the job and the payment.

A washing machine is heavy and fits in no car boot. A driver picks it up and brings it into your flat.

Plan a transport Prices

Before: water out, drum secured

Drain the remaining water through the lint filter.

Secure the drum with the transport bolts, if you still have them.

If it is still on power and water, say so in the form. Then the driver takes off the plug and the hoses, and that is booked with your answer.

The same for dryers, dishwashers and cookers

A tumble dryer, dishwasher or cooker moves the same way. In the form you pick the appliance from the catalogue.

And your old appliance?

If it still works, list it on BringEasy for free. Whoever takes it books the pickup.

If it is broken, the BSR recycling centres take electrical appliances for free.

If you buy new from a larger shop, it has to take your old appliance away for free when it delivers, if you say so when you buy.

Common questions

How many people does a washing machine need?

Two, as soon as there are stairs. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Does the driver connect the machine?

If you book “Connect appliance”: to the existing socket, tap and drain, and the driver takes the transport bolts out. New lines are never included.

Does the machine have to be empty?

Yes, with no laundry and no water left. Otherwise it is heavier and can leak.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
