Good to know in Tempelhof

The pickup desk hands a Click & Collect order to someone else only with a signed power of attorney (Vollmacht) and their ID. Give the driver one, or meet them at the pickup desk.

The store is called Tempelhof but stands in Schöneberg, at Südkreuz.

Address: Sachsendamm 47, 10829 Berlin.

Assembly on request

If the driver should assemble the piece at yours, book assembly too; it adds 15 € to the suggestion. That means simple assembly by the instructions, no kitchens and no connections. The driver sees what needs assembling before accepting; their transport insurance does not cover the assembly.

How to book

1
Describe what goes where
Pickup and delivery, floor and lift at each end, and what is moved. Up to 5 pickups fit in one trip.
2
Say who lends a hand
For each door: does someone there help carry? That decides whether the driver comes alone or brings someone.

Common questions

Can the driver collect without me?

Yes, with your signed power of attorney (Vollmacht), your pickup confirmation and their own ID. That is what the IKEA pickup desk asks for.

When should the driver come?

Once your order is ready: IKEA sends an e-mail as soon as it is waiting at the pickup desk. Book the driver for after that.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
