What to do before

If an e-bike’s battery comes off, take it off and hand it over separately.

A cargo bike is two to two and a half metres long and rides only in a van. The form chooses one as soon as you pick cargo bike.

If it stands in the courtyard or the cellar, say so at the pickup, so the driver knows where to go.

Common questions

Does a bike fit in a car?

A normal bike usually fits in an estate car with the front wheel off. A cargo bike never does: it rides in a van. The form chooses the vehicle from everything that comes along.

How many people does a cargo bike need?

Two lift it into the van. If someone helps at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Does the driver repair the bike?

No, the driver only transports it. If it should go to a workshop, enter the workshop as the delivery address.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
