The driver comes alone. Someone at the pickup helps carry it down, you help carry it in.

Pickup

Neukölln

Floor 1, no lift

6 km in a straight line · small van

Delivery

Prenzlauer Berg

Floor 2, with a lift

You name your own price, between 20 € and 2.000 €. A driver accepts the job or not.

This is what the form suggests for exactly these details. The service fee goes to BringEasy for arranging the job and the payment.

What you settle with the seller

You pay the seller for the item as agreed; BringEasy only arranges the transport. Tell them a driver is coming and when, and ask whether they help carry down. At the pickup the seller, or someone for them, has to be there and hand it over: the driver transports, the driver does not negotiate.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

Yes, you sign in to book. The link you paste here comes with you.

Does the seller help carry?

Best ask them beforehand. When you book, you say for each door whether someone there lends a hand. If the seller helps at the pickup and you at the delivery, the driver comes alone; otherwise the driver brings up to 2 people, paid out of the transport price.

Do I have to be there at the pickup?

No. When you book, you say who is at the pickup, usually the seller. At the delivery you are there, or someone you name.

Does it work with sites other than Kleinanzeigen?

Yes. You can paste a listing link from any site, Kleinanzeigen (formerly eBay Kleinanzeigen), Facebook Marketplace or a furniture store, or describe what is being moved without a link.

I bought from several sellers. Can that be one trip?

Yes. Up to 5 pickups fit in one booking, on one day. Each further pickup adds 10 € to the suggestion.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
