No van to rent, no deposit, no hunting for parking: a driver comes with their van, helps load it and brings everything to you. You pay per trip, not per hour.

Per trip, not per hour

You book one transport from here to there, with everything that comes along.

The driver knows beforehand what to expect: floors, lift and how many pieces.

Traffic does not make the trip more expensive.

How to book

1
Describe what goes where
Pickup and delivery, floor and lift at each end, and what is moved. Up to 5 pickups fit in one trip.
2
Say who lends a hand
For each door: does someone there help carry? That decides whether the driver comes alone or brings someone.
3

Common questions

Can the driver pick up at several places?

Yes, up to 5 pickups in one trip. Each extra pickup adds 10 € to the suggestion.

Do I need a driving licence?

No. The driver drives their own van.

When is a van with a driver by the hour the better choice?

For a whole flat, for more than 5 pickups, or when more than 2 people besides the driver should carry. For that, a removal company or a van hired by the hour is the better choice.

How big is the van?

It follows from what you move: from an estate car for a chest of drawers to a large van for a sofa with a wardrobe.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
