This is what the form suggests for exactly these details. The service fee goes to BringEasy for arranging the job and the payment.

A tumble dryer is heavy and bulky. A driver picks it up and brings it into your flat, a heat pump dryer upright.

You sign in to book.

Before: water out, after: wait

Empty the water tank and the lint filter.

In the form you say whether it is still plugged in. Then the driver pulls the plug, and that is booked with your answer.

Let a heat pump dryer stand for a few hours after the move before you switch it on.

And your old appliance?

If it still works, list it on BringEasy for free. Whoever takes it books the pickup.

If it is broken, the BSR recycling centres take electrical appliances for free.

If you buy new from a larger shop, it has to take your old appliance away for free when it delivers, if you say so when you buy.

Common questions

How many people does a dryer need?

Two, as soon as there are stairs. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Can a dryer travel lying down?

A heat pump dryer better not: it rides upright and stays off for a few hours afterwards. The manufacturer’s manual comes first.

Does the driver connect the dryer?

If you book “Connect appliance”, the driver plugs it into an existing socket. New lines are never included.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
