Common questions

How many people does a sofa need?

Almost always two. If someone carries at both doors, the driver comes alone. Otherwise the driver brings a second person.

Will my sofa fit through the door?

The form asks about it. If it does not fit, you add dismantling and assembly for 15 €.

What does the transport cost?

You name the price yourself, starting from BringEasy's suggestion, between 20 € and 2.000 €. The service fee comes on top. Everything is shown separately before you pay.

Where does BringEasy work?

Berlin. Pickup and delivery are both in Berlin.

What if something breaks?

The driver is liable for damage. Every driver shows us business liability insurance before their first job; it pays if something happens to the building. Report damage from your booking. If damage to the item has not been settled after 14 days, BringEasy can step in voluntarily: up to the purchase price, at most 200 € per delivery.
