Another city or another country: whatever is not coming with you, list it for free, to sell or to give away. For a whole flat there is the clearance assistant. Whoever takes something books a driver, who collects it at your door.
What it costs you
Listing: free.
Selling: you keep the full price, paid out after the delivery.
Giving away: whoever takes it pays only the transport and the service fee.
Collection: the buyer books the driver, who comes to you.
How to plan it
Start three to four weeks before you move out. Big pieces take longest, and nobody can promise whether or when someone takes them.
In every listing, enter the day before you hand over the flat as the “Latest date”. After it nobody can book.
List what you no longer need first, and the bed and the table last.
Set up your payout account with Stripe before you go: the money comes after the delivery.

Photos, a title, the condition and your price. Also the floor and lift at the pickup address, when it can be picked up, and whether you help carry it down.

They buy the item and book the transport in one step. You confirm the date; until then their money is only reserved.

Pickup and payout
The driver picks it up from you at the agreed time. After the delivery your money is paid out; for that you set up a payout account with Stripe once.
Common questions
I am moving abroad. Can I still sell here?
Yes, as long as you are in Berlin to hand each piece over yourself. You set the last pickup day, and after it nobody can book.
What does listing cost me?
Nothing. Listing is free, and you keep the full sale price. The buyer pays the transport and the service fee.
The whole flat has to be empty. Where do I start?
With the clearance assistant: the address, times and date once, then piece by piece, all published together. BringEasy does not clear flats and does not hand them over swept clean.
Can I give it away?
Yes. Mark it “To give away” in the listing. Whoever takes it books and pays the transport and the service fee; it costs you nothing.
What do I do on the pickup day?
Have the item ready at the agreed time and let the driver in. You confirm the appointment beforehand; until then the buyer’s money is only reserved.
When do I get my money?
After the delivery. For that you set up a payout account with Stripe once.
